Amber and DJ may not have had the typical wedding experience, but it was a fun and memorable one nonetheless. Since the couple already had a courthouse wedding before they moved overseas, the family wanted to celebrate their love and give them a proper sendoff. So, they put together a Wedding Reception and Bon Voyage Party!
Since Amber and DJ were not currently living in the area, the family rented a house nearby and asked me to meet them there for a few family photos. Once I saw the house, I knew we had to do more than just family photos. This house was Gorgeous! The main staircase wrapped around the entryway, providing a great spot for some dramatic photos. The old, dark wood contrasted Amber’s white jumpsuit beautifully. Every room in the house had a feature I wanted to use for photos of Amber and DJ.
Once we finished up at the house, we moved on to the nearby 1285 Winery for the Reception and Bon Voyage party. Let me tell you, this family knows how to celebrate! The dance floor was hoppin’ all night.
