Tessa and Scott’s Stan Hywet Hall and Gardens Wedding was one to remember. Situated in Akron, Ohio, the grounds of Stan Hywet offer a variety of backdrops from the Carriage House, the Manor House, and the English Gardens, to the Overlook and the Tea Houses, everywhere you look is another gorgeous location for photos.
After a few getting ready shots at a nearby hotel, we started off the day with a first look in the English Gardens and then spent so much time wandering around photographing the happy couple in every corner of the grounds. Stan Hywet Hall and Gardens has so many gorgeous backdrops to choose from; it was truly a photographer’s dream. Once Tessa and Scott had a few moments to freshen up, they exchanged vows in front of family and friends on the picturesque West Terrace of the Manor House.
After their Ceremony, everyone moved into the Manor House Reception Hall where we were treated to a delicious dinner by Todaro’s Catering and partied late into the night to tunes by Hats Off Entertainment.
This Stan Hywet Hall and Gardens wedding is one I will be fondly looking back on for years to come.
